Welcome to the dance, the show, the CFP, Nittany Lions fans. As the Blue and White made their first appearance into the college football playoff, Penn State showed they are one of the top teams in the country.
So too did the fans as they provided the largest, albeit freezing crowd, for a CFP game. After a slow start, the defense put Penn State on the board not once but twice. With the SMU offense on ice, Penn State jumped out to a 28-0 lead and cruised to victory.
Was the performance by Kobe King, Tony Rojas, Dom De Luca, and Abdul Carter the most impactful for a group of linebackers since the '87 Fiesta Bowl? The guys debate that argument.
Has the OL with Nolan Rucci finally become the road graders that the Penn State faithful have been waiting for?
How do the guys see the game versus Boise State playing out? With the first round of the CFP in the books, Frank, Mike and Andrew debate some arguments around the selection committee's seeding and who was left out.

Penn State bounced back in a big way against Washington. Not only did the Blue & White get better at "football" they dominated in areas that they have struggled before. Offensive Coordinator Andy Kotelnicki went back to what has worked all season, Beau Pribula & Tyler Warren. Speaking of Warren, he tells us the role former TE Mike Gesicki played in him committing to Penn State. Should the talented TE be getting Heisman hype?
Not to be outdone Penn State's defense played a solid game at all three levels. We hear from Kobe King and A.J. Harris about tough conversations that took place after the Ohio State loss.
With all that being said what do we need to see against Purdue to keep moving forward to the ultimate prize?
